I used to have a tablet a while ago, but it was the ordinary draw while looking at the screen. I never got really good at it, (plus it broke) so I'm now looking into getting a pen-on-screen one.

Aren't you tired of the macho serious bullshit every time someone starts a new RP? It always feels like the only RPs on here are serious ones. Maybe we could do something campy and silly and different!

This is the PDF if you lost it the first time(I don't blame you).

Things of note:

-One character would end up being the Master of the home/mansion/whatever, and then the other characters are all maids and butlers. The Master player is more or less in charge, but this doesn't mean shenanigans can't end up happening anyway. Consider this a roleplaying exercise for scenarios that don't necessarily have a ton of action. To ease some pains, i'd play the Master(unless someone else wanted it). The role isn't necessarily set in stone, anyway - the Master character can be moved around if people would like to try a round robin thing.

-This IS MaidRPG, and the book encourages it, but try to keep the kinky shit to a minimum. You know what i'm talking about. It doesn't have to be outlawed(and can actually help improve scenarios with awkward but humorous interactions), but it doesn't need to be taken very far.

-I'd love to get this game going on Skeep or even in a Chatango, but something tells me that any more than 4 people involved and it'll be impossible. If it comes to that, then a thread can be made here and some of the rules can be translated as such.

-Only a handful of people should be involved until it's clearly something people would want to do, and then maybe another variation can come about in unison. This is for speed and efficiency purposes(and i'm sorta picky so I doubt many more would be let in anyway...
-For emphasis; combat is a very minor part of this. A lot of anime like this tend not to have combat, and when it does, it's done in a bullshit/funny way. Not to say that this has to be all slice of life, but there's no reason to start swinging swords/firing guns/summoning demons most of the time.

-The game would play out with individual in-game days being separate adventures and encounters, unless there's a reason to continue the shenanigans into the next day(and the next etc). At the end of that particular 'episode', experience is awarded based on the level of shenanigans and how much fun it was to read. The XP can be used to boost various statistics, which do technically come into play.

As far as making characters goes, i'd like to see if this is something that would even garner enough interest(or even the right kind of interest). If so, i'll explain the setting and specific character things that are needed at that point.

Super Meter: The bar at the bottom. When it's flashing you can use an EX move(see below), although not every move has an EX variation. When the bar is full, you can activate the super you chose before the fight.

Linking: This is when an attack quickly works itself into another attack. Just as an example - Akuma's crouching medium kick can immediately be worked into the light version of his hurricane kick(which is unblockable at this point because the enemy is still reeling from the hit, AKA hitstun), which can be worked into his uppercut, which can then be worked into his super moves. It sounds more complicated than it actually is.

EX: Normally your special moves(fireballs, uppercuts, etc) don't require any super meter to use. However, when you press two punch or two kick buttons together to do a move(such as a hadouken), it eats super meter in exchange for an empowered move. This has a number of effects based on the attack and character. Examples include Ryu's fireball hitting twice, Hugo's clothesline covering almost the entire screen much faster, or Dudley's machinegun blow adding an uppercut to the end to launch an enemy skyward(for comboing goodness).

How to Parry: The main thing creating a huge skill ceiling is parrying. You can use this to interrupt an attack(even one that might chip you to death) and open the enemy up for punishment. If an attack comes at you from the air or the mid-section, you press forward towards the attack as it is just about to connect to parry it. If a low attack, then you press down. It's a high risk, high reward system.
